At Erica Leal Jewellery, we want you to be completely in love with your handcrafted pieces; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom commissions and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and bespoke manufacturing standards.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original branded box and ensure it is safely packed in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Your Return
Send the package using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our studio.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
